New Format For Training Schedules

We are excited to announce a new training program format for the schedule.

What we have done is created a schedule that allows the coaches to be more dynamic in their workout creation for intervals, and simplifies the schedule for everyone!

What a great idea!

So, what you will find on each schedule is a weekly outline at the top, and then below you will find a long run progression based on what event you might be training for!

The coaches will have workouts designed for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, and you can self regulate your work on the interval days.

We will continue to meet on the same schedule:


Mondays: 6pm at Movin Shoes PB
Tuesdays: 6pm at The Runner's Bathroom at Mission Bay for Intervals
Saturdays: 7am at Movin Shoes PB for the long runs!


Mondays: 6pm at Movin Shoes EN
Thursdays: 6pm at Movin Shoes EN for Intervals
Saturdays: 7am at Movin Shoes EN for the long runs
