Full Marathon Program Schedules

We will be featuring 2 different Full Marathon Programs, and you can make the choice between an 22 WEEK training cycle or a 18 WEEK one.

We recommend the 22 week cycle because it is more gradual and will reduce the risk of injury, but we also understand that there is a need, on occasion, for a more accelerated program.
