Half Marathon Programs

We will be featuring 2 different 1/2 Marathon Programs, and you can make the choice between an 18 WEEK training cycle or a 14 WEEK one.

We recommend the 18 week cycle because it is more gradual and will reduce the risk of injury, but we also understand that there is a need, on occasion, for a more accelerated program.
