Couch to 5k (C25K) is a great way to get ready for a 5k run with little or no experience.
It takes you from mostly walking to running over a 10 week process as you prepare for the event.
GetMovin with our C25K program, and find the power of progression, but also of group dynamic in the running experience.
We will meet on Mondays and Saturdays, with the 3rd run/walk on your own on Wednesday or Thursday.
Each workout takes about 30-40 minutes to complete, and there are 3 per week.
