5K and 10K Training Plans Available


We have adapted our training to meet the needs of those who wish to either race shorter events or who are just in a 'holding patern' between training cycles.

This program allows you to race once, or multiple times, in a sequence, and keeps participants on the same workout trajectory as the entire group.

Great for a season of shorter races or for just enjoying the group training for a while.
